BWGM Appointed to United Utilities AMP8 Non-Infrastructure Framework

Binnies UK and WGM Engineering have appointed bWGM to the United Utilities Detailed Design and Build – Lot 1 Non-Infrastructure framework for the initial AMP8 period.

Binnies UK are a whole life-cycle service company specialising in the water and environmental sectors providing multi-disciplinary digital engineering, environmental, process, construction and commissioning services in the UK and internationally.

WGM Engineering are a self-delivery, design and build organisation providing full civil, mechanical, electrical and ICA, design and engineering services to the water sector throughout the UK.

As a Framework Partner, bWGM will work within the Lot 1 Non-Infrastructure programme, delivering detailed design and build scopes which include: Water and Wastewater Treatment, Pumping Stations & Storage. Projects will generally vary in size and complexity from £500K to £10M in value, with an anticipated total investment across all partners in AMP8 of £650M – £850M for the AMP8 period. The Framework can be extended into the AMP9 period, giving the opportunity to provide long term benefits to the North West.
